A trip and a wedding!

I cannot believe that it already almost the end of April. Seriously, where is the time going? We have been so crazy busy the last few months that this is literally the first week I have felt like we are somewhat back on a normal schedule. First we had my parents in town, then a few weeks after they left they came back with my sister and her brood for almost two weeks, then as soon as we started to settle back down after that trip we hopped on an airplane on headed to Reno for a friends wedding.

I admit, I'm a creature of habit, and going to long without our routine starts to make me a little anxious. I'm glad to be back and settling in (although we are headed for California in another few weeks for yet another wedding!) but the last months has been pretty amazing with lots of time with family and time to catch up with old friends!

My friends wedding was gorgeous, and  big perk to it being in Reno is we had built in babysitter with my parents. That's right, S and I actually got a date night out! (That really doesn't happen all that often!) We stayed out late and we ate delicious food and we danced and we caught up with old friends that I miss so much..... it was a great night!

The other obvious perk to it being in Reno (Besides the free babysitting) is that we get to visit family and other friends too. I got to spend a good amount of time with my best friend and her little angel. I even got to watch her for an afternoon while my friend had a Dr. appointment!

It was a good trip, but I'm happy to be back!
